Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Python Full Stack Trainers to deliver high-quality training sessions to students or professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python core and Web Based programming, excellent teaching or mentoring skills, and a passion for helping others learn and grow in their careers. Key Responsibilities: 1-3 years of experience with hands on knowledge in Python Full Stack including Python, Django, Flask, React and Node JS domain. Develop and deliver comprehensive Python Training to students of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Create engaging and effective course materials, including presentations, exercises, projects, and assessments. Conduct live training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and online, ensuring a hands-on and interactive learning experience. Provide mentorship and support to students, guiding them through complex concepts and practical Web based applications of Python Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in in Python, Django and React and related technologies, incorporating new knowledge into training programs. Evaluate student progress through assessments, assignments, and feedback, providing constructive feedback to help them improve. Collaborate with other trainers and team members to continuously improve training programs and materials. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. Proven experience as a Python Trainer or Python Trainer, with a strong portfolio of projects and/or training engagements. In-depth knowledge of Python programming language and its libraries, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Python Advanced/Flask/Django/NumPy/Pandas/React). Familiarity with other programming languages and technologies is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training sessions and projects simultaneously. Passion for teaching and helping others succeed in their learning journey. Experience with e-learning platforms and online training tools is preferred. Ability to adapt training methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
