Job Summary:

Python Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using

  FastAPI

• Integrate and manage

  MongoDB

  for high-volume data storage and retrieval
• Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver robust applications
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues
• Develop unit and integration tests to ensure software quality
• Maintain version control using Git and participate in CI/CD pipeline processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in

  Python

  backend development
• Strong expertise in

  FastAPI

  (or similar frameworks like Flask, Django REST Framework)
• Proficiency with

  MongoDB

  including schema design, aggregation, and indexing
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles
• Experience with asynchronous programming and Python’s async features
• Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
