Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Execution: You will be responsible for meticulously planning,scheduling, and executing projects to achieve desired outcomes efficiently. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Your role involves addressing key projectchallenges, making critical decisions, and mitigating risks to ensure project success. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: You will collaborate with variousdepartments to align project objectives, share resources, and drive collectivesuccess. Leadership and Mentorship: Providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance toteam members to foster growth, motivation, and a high-performance culture. Process Improvement and Innovation: Constantly seeking opportunities forprocess enhancement, innovation, and implementing best practices to streamlineproject workflows. Technical or Customer-Facing Responsibilities: Engaging in technical aspects orclient interactions to ensure project deliverables meet technical requirements andclient expectations. Lead and manage the web development team. Oversee the technical strategy for web development projects. Ensure the implementation of best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements. Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers. Stay updated with the latest web development technologies and trends. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Ensure the security and performance of web applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
 Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools, Agile methodologies, riskmanagement, budgeting software, and data analysis tools. Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, BusinessAdministration, Engineering, or related field. PMP certification is preferred. Experience Level: Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a proventrack record of leading successful projects in diverse industries. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, leadership, adaptability, andconflict resolution skills. Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of project management principles, regulations,and industry-specific practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
