Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background in React, Laravel, and PHP to lead software development projects from concept to delivery. You will act as a bridge between clients, stakeholders, and the development team to ensure the successful execution of high-quality web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage web development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA engineers to ensure project goals are met.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Oversee and understand technical development processes involving React, Laravel, and PHP.

• Monitor project timelines, scope, and budget, and communicate status to stakeholders.

• Identify and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner.

• Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.

• Prepare and present project documentation and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a software development environment.

• Solid understanding of React.js, Laravel, and PHP technologies.

• Proven experience managing full-stack web projects.

• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and version control systems (Git).

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
