Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Timing & Scheduling:Manage the Master Schedule across all key stakeholders.Ensure critical path management of overall program timelines.2. Issue & Risk Management:Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.Develop risk response strategies and contingency plans.3. Cost & Budgeting:Oversee budget management for T&F Launch Function.Ensure financial discipline and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.4. Document Management:Manage GME DOCs, compliance records, and commissioning documents.Track and maintain project documentation effectively.5. Asset Reuse Management:Maintain documentation and tracking of asset reuse initiatives.Ensure optimal utilization of existing equipment and infrastructure.6. Supplier & Stakeholder Integration:Lead supplier integration and coordination, including asset reuse equipment.Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder engagement (IE, Logistics, Operations, Program, Product teams).7. Project Governance:Manage and oversee delivery gateways for T&F stakeholders.Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and project milestones.8. Project Operational Support:Provide operational assistance as required for smooth execution of projects.9. Performance Tracking & Reporting:Develop and present weekly dashboards covering:Timing (critical path)Cost trackingDelivery progressDocumentation complianceIssue & Risk assessment10. Launch Performance Management:Lead cross-functional launch reviews and performance assessments.Ensure project readiness and smooth execution during launch phases.Required Tool Proficiency:The PMO leads must be proficient in the following tools to support project execution:Oracle's Primavera P6 / ProjectsConfluence / CCARLucidJIRA Qualifications & Experience:Must-have:Hands-on experience in automotive manufacturing (Trim and Final area preferred).Strong project management experience in manufacturing or quality departments of OEMs.Proven expertise in managing timelines, risks, budgets, and supplier integration.Preferred:Specialized degree/certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an added advantage. Soft Skills Required:Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven approach.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.
