We are excited to invite proactive and dynamic Production Engineers to join our team! As a Production Engineer, you will manage production shifts, supervise talented teams, and ensure our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will be crucial in daily planning, team coordination, troubleshooting, and upholding the highest standards of production quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Assign and monitor daily production tasks with a keen eye on efficiency.
Ensure production meets timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Tackle minor machine issues and collaborate with maintenance for seamless operations.
Lead and inspire operators and contract staff.
Analyze production data to identify and address workflow concerns.
Ensure strict adherence to safety, ISO, and IATF standards.
Maintain a spotless and well-organized work environment (5S).
Foster collaboration with departments like PPC, Stores, and Logistics for integrated operations.
Be adaptable to work during weekends or holidays, ensuring continuous production.

On-time delivery (Target: 98%)
Labour productivity (Units per man-hour)
Production documentation and reporting
Active role in quality and process improvements

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setup
Proactive, solution-oriented, and a collaborative team player
Must be based in Bangalore or able to effortlessly commute to Yeshwantpur
