This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Engineer in the Oragadam Location, Tamil Nadu.
Ensure Daily & Monthly production as per customer schedule.
Reviewing Daily Plan vs actual & Improving Line Productivity & Line Efficiency
Red Bin Analysis on Daily & Monthly Basis
Ensure Hourly Production Report.
Maintain & Ensure 5S in shop Floor.
Ensure Pokayoke Working Condition in All Lines.
On job Training given to Operators.
Review and improvement of Production processes and Procedures.
Responsible for suggestions and Kaizen activities of Operators.
WIP and Child part Follow ups to avoid Line stoppages.
Preparing Daily & Monthly MIS report Updation
