Job Description

Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


1. Digital & Performance Marketing Execution:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

• Drive customer acquisition via CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS-based campaigns.

• Continuously analyze campaign performance and implement A/B testing to improve CTR, conversion rates, and CAC.


2. Product Positioning & Growth:

• Develop product messaging and positioning aligned with FITPASS’s value proposition.

• Optimize marketing funnels to improve activation, engagement, and retention.

• Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for product differentiation.


3. Data-Driven Performance Optimization:

• Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and attribution tools to track and measure campaign performance.

• Implement SEO strategies and content optimization to drive organic traffic.

• Leverage retargeting and remarketing strategies to boost LTV and reduce churn.


4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with the growth, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with user experience and product updates.

• Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop compelling ad copies, landing pages, and creatives.


5. CRM & Retention Strategies:

• Design and implement email, push notification, and in-app marketing campaigns to enhance user engagement.

• Analyze user behavior to create personalized customer journeys and automated workflows.


Qualifications & Experience:

• 3-6 years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing in a B2C or D2C tech company.

• Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing tools.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Moengage, Appsflyer, Tableau, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar tools.

• Proven track record of executing high-ROI digital campaigns with clear CAC, ROAS, Cash conversion cycle and LTV insights.

• Experience in growth hacking, conversion optimization, and A/B testing.

• Strong understanding and execution ability of SEO, ASO, and content marketing.

• Prior experience in the fitness, health-tech, or consumer tech industry is a plus.
