Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Manager to lead and expand the inbound marketing efforts for Compliancely. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting revenue growth in the U.S. B2B market, particularly in the vendor verification and onboarding sector. Key Responsibilities Inbound Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive inbound marketing strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads through content marketing, SEO, email campaigns, and social media. Content Development: Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and informative content that addresses the needs of our target audience, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars. SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the Compliancely website. Campaign Management: Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and tracking performance metrics. Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape, informing marketing strategies and positioning. Lead Nurturing: Develop and manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel effectively. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across all customer touchpoints. Qualifications Experience: 5-8 years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS companies, with a focus on the U.S. market. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with vendor verification, compliance, and onboarding processes is highly desirable. Skills Proven track record in developing and executing successful inbound marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and lead generation strategies. Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems. Excellent analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance. Exceptional communication and project management abilities. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
