Product Manager


What You’ll Do:

  • Drive

    distribution strategy

    across app stores, web, Slack, and B2B partnerships to expand access and visibility.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and AI teams to deliver features that feel magical, human, and clinically informed.
  • Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to optimize onboarding flows, referral mechanics, and in-app engagement loops.
  • Define and track success metrics across acquisition, usage, conversion, and feedback.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product decisions and prioritize what matters most.
  • Launch experiments to drive app adoption and deepen daily usage, while ensuring compliance with privacy and healthcare regulations (HIPAA, COPPA, GDPR).
  • Explore integrations with Slack, employer benefits platforms, and third-party health tools to extend SuperCoach’s reach.
  • Help position Wellnite’s mobile experience as a category-defining mental health solution for individuals and organizations.


Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in mobile apps, digital health, or AI-driven consumer tools.
  • You’ve successfully shipped and scaled mobile products with measurable user growth and engagement.
  • Deep understanding of product-led growth principles, mobile UX best practices, and app store optimization (ASO).
  • You’re data-savvy—comfortable setting KPIs, using analytics tools, and iterating based on user behavior.
  • Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator who thrives in fast-moving, startup environments.
  • You have a genuine interest in mental health, wellness, and the power of AI to empower people.
  • Bonus points for:
  • Experience integrating AI/LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, voice AI, sentiment analysis)
  • Launching apps across multiple geographies and regulatory environments
  • Prior work in B2B2C environments or partnerships (e.g., benefits platforms, Slack apps)
