Role Overview:

The Product Analyst plays a critical role in managing and optimizing NetCom Learning’s course offerings. This role is responsible for handling course data, supporting cross-functional teams, and driving improvements across course lifecycle, pricing, schedules, competitive positioning, and marketing initiatives. The Product Analyst ensures course content is accurate, discoverable, competitively positioned, and aligned with vendor and market needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain course, product, and certification data in the Content Management System (CMS).
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of course-related information including books, labs, and certifications.
  • Oversee full course lifecycle management—from launch to retirement.
  • Develop SEO-friendly meta descriptions and support the discovery of courses.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and the instructor team for cross-functional alignment.
  • Collaborate with Vendor Managers to ensure course compliance, cost optimization, and promotional initiatives.
  • Support Continuing Education Unit (CEU) tracking and ensure compliance with vendor requirements.
  • Maintain and update the Master Course List and Pricing Sheet in coordination with Vendor Managers.
  • Design learning roadmaps aligned with vendor goals and evolving industry trends.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to promote learning paths and offerings.
  • Align course schedules with strategic objectives and ensure timely publication on NetCom and vendor platforms.
  • Analyze enrollment data and generate reports to support revenue and learner growth targets.
  • Conduct competitor research to identify gaps and recommend enhancements to course offerings.
  • Support Sales Team by responding to course-related queries, providing accurate content, and joining customer calls when required.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop promotional materials, blog content, and newsletter contributions.
  • Work closely with instructors to leverage their expertise for training content and strategic initiatives.
  • Attend vendor enablement sessions and share insights with internal stakeholders.
  • Exhibit initiative in understanding assigned vendor technologies and products.


Skills & Competencies:

  • 2-3 years of experience in the relevant industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency with CMS tools, Excel, and reporting platforms
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
  • Strategic thinking with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
