About the Role

Product Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyse product performance, user behaviour, and content consumption trends across platforms.
• Use data from product analytics tools, surveys, experiments, and AI agents to generate actionable insights.
• Build dashboards and reports that communicate key findings to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
• Identify user pain points, behavioural patterns, and areas for feature optimisation or experimentation.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech to define and monitor KPIs, funnels, and retention metrics.
• Run cohort and funnel analyses to support growth, monetisation, and engagement initiatives.
• Assist in shaping product roadmaps using a mix of market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, and AI-assisted research.
• Leverage AI tools or agents (e.g., for research, automation, or data exploration) to improve speed and depth of analysis.
• Support cross-functional teams in hypothesis validation, A/B testing, and post-release impact analysis.
• Stay informed on trends in generative AI, OTT content, and digital entertainment to guide innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a Tier-1 institution. An MBA or advanced degree is a bonus.
• 2+ years of experience in a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in a digital-first environment.
• Strong command of SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualisation tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
• Hands-on experience using

  AI agents/tools

  (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or custom agents) in workflows like research, automation, or analysis.
• Familiarity with Python (Spark, Pandas, Seaborn) for deeper data exploration.
• Solid understanding of statistical methods and product experimentation.
• Clear communicator with an ability to tell stories with data to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional settings with shifting priorities.
• A keen eye for detail and an obsession with user experience and product quality.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with consumer content platforms (comics, video, storytelling apps, or creator platforms).
• Exposure to user acquisition/retention strategies, especially in freemium or OTT business models.
• Interest in visual storytelling, digital fandoms, or content monetization ecosystems.
• Experience building or iterating on AI workflows or collaborating with ML product teams.
