Principal AI/ML Engineer

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex business problems and enhance product functionality.
• Build and deploy personalized Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop document parsing, named entity recognition (NER), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), chatbot, and document management systems.
• Create robust data and ML pipelines to ensure production-scale reliability and performance.
• Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for scalability, accuracy, and efficiency (including hyperparameter tuning and model optimization).
• Write high-quality, production-ready code using frameworks like

  PyTorch

  TensorFlow

• Stay abreast of the latest AI/ML research, tools, and methodologies and apply best practices in development.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that create tangible business value.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in
