Role Overview

Presales Trainee

What You Will Learn and Do

• Support 

  proposal creation

   and 

  bid submissions

   for global projects (primarily UK/Europe).
• Learn 

  pricing models

  , 

  effort estimation

  , and 

  solutioning

   for content, eLearning, and technical projects.
• Research and compile competitive responses for 

  RFPs/RFIs

  .
• Gain hands-on experience in tools and templates for project costing and proposals.
• Collaborate with leadership in 

  India and the UK

   to refine client-focused solutions.
• Assist in preparing 

  sales collaterals

  , 

  capability decks

  , and 

  client presentations

  .
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Graduate in Business, Communications, Engineering, or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for learning about sales, technology, and global business.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to take initiative.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel. (Basic design and research skills a plus.)
• Comfortable working across time zones and in fast-paced environments.
