Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement & Strategy:

  Collaborate with stakeholders to define digital transformation goals, whiteboard solution architectures, and align technology strategies with business objectives.

• Solution Architecture:

  Design scalable, secure, and high-performance digital solutions across web, mobile, and cloud platforms.

• FullStack Leadership:

  Guide development teams across front-end and back-end technologies, ensuring adherence to best practices and modern engineering standards.

• Pre-Sales & Solutioning:

  Lead technical solutioning during pre-sales, including effort estimation, architecture definition, and technology selection.

• Hands-On Execution:

  Step in as a hands-on architect or developer when needed to troubleshoot, prototype, or accelerate delivery.

• Greenfield Delivery:

  Take ownership of new initiatives with limited guidance, shaping architecture, team structure, and delivery plans from scratch.

• Governance & Compliance:

  Ensure digital solutions meet regulatory, security, and governance standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in

  digital transformation

  FullStack development

• Strong understanding of

  cloud-native architectures
