Job Overview: The Pre-Sales and Practice Head will lead the technical advisory and solution development function, bridging client business challenges with innovative technology solutions. This role will analyze client application landscapes, identify optimization opportunities, and develop compelling propositions and packaged offerings across digital transformation, AI, and business intelligence domains. Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of client technology ecosystems including application portfolios, process frameworks, and data architectures to identify optimization opportunities, pain points, and strategic gaps. Develop proactive transformation proposals based on industry trends, emerging technologies, and client-specific challenges, creating compelling business cases that demonstrate clear value and ROI. Create standardized, repeatable offering packages in key practice areas including digital transformation strategies, AI/ML implementation roadmaps, intelligent automation, and business intelligence solutions. Lead solution architecture and design activities for complex client engagements, ensuring technical feasibility, integration capabilities, and alignment with client business objectives. Establish and maintain a library of reusable assets including reference architectures, implementation frameworks, ROI calculators, and case studies to accelerate proposal development and solution delivery. Collaborate with sales teams on strategic opportunities, providing technical leadership during client meetings, discovery workshops, and solution presentations to position the organization's capabilities effectively. Direct the development of proof-of-concepts and pilot implementations to demonstrate solution value, mitigate client concerns, and accelerate buying decisions. Build and maintain deep knowledge of competitive offerings, market trends, and emerging technologies to differentiate solutions and identify new opportunity areas. Foster partnerships with technology providers to enhance solution capabilities, create joint value propositions, and develop co-marketing initiatives. Mentor and develop the pre-sales and practice team members, ensuring technical excellence, solution quality, and continuous skill development . Must Haves: 8+ years of experience in technology consulting, solution architecture, or pre-sales engineering Proven expertise in enterprise application landscapes, process optimization, and technology integration Strong track record in developing successful proposals and winning complex technology engagements Experience creating packaged technology offerings and solution frameworks Deep understanding of digital transformation, AI/ML implementation, and business intelligence solutions Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences Strong business acumen with ability to identify value creation opportunities Experience leading technical teams and practice development initiatives What We Offer Joining QX Global Group means becoming part of a creative team where you can personally grow and contribute to our collective goals.
