We're Hiring: Dynamics 365/Power Platform Developer (Remote – Immediate Joiners Preferred) Are you passionate about building next-gen solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform? Location: Remote Availability: Immediate joiners preferred Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Configure, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 First Party apps (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing) Develop and manage Power Platform solutions including both Canvas and Model-Driven apps Build and maintain automated processes using Power Automate, Power FX, classic workflows, and business rules Must have experience in Power Automate Desktop. Design and implement integrations using custom/virtual connectors, CRM API, OData, and dataflows Develop plugins, function apps, and custom controls using C#, .NET, and JavaScript Collaborate within Agile teams using Azure DevOps for work tracking and delivery Support ALM best practices through DevOps pipelines and Dataverse solution management Deliver insights via embedded Power BI and Power Pages Essential Skills: Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 administration, configuration, and customization Strong knowledge of Power Platform development Familiarity with Power Virtual Agents and custom PCF control development (a plus) ALM expertise, including YAML and DevOps pipelines (YAML experience is highly desirable) Solid programming background in C#, .NET, and JavaScript Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are desirable Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience writing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or YAML Familiarity with SOLID principles and test automation using tools like Postman Knowledge of KingswaySoft and SSIS for data migration/integration GEN AI, .Net, C# or any AI tool.
