Job Description

Qualifications:

BE/ B tech in Engineering- Mechanical/ Civil/ Electrical
7 years of post-qualification experience in project management with industrial construction of projects related to cement plant construction
Functional experience in project controls, project planning, scheduling, monitoring, budget and cost management, project reviews,
Proficient in using scheduling tools such as Primavera & MSP for developing schedule baselines and enabling key project decisions through frequent schedule updates
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work well in high-performance and dynamic environments along with other teammates.

Roles and Responsibilities

Schedule Management including critical path and buffer tracking
Daily tracking and morning meeting
Scope Control & Change Management: Review of scope definition, support in the implementation of change control processes
Suggest productivity enhancement for time optimization
Develop monthly project forecasts (Look ahead) and update cashflow projects
Escalation reports (based on information received on daily/weekly / fortnightly monthly meetings)
Independent reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
Generate real-time dashboards, visual reports, and insights to provide visibility and independent assessment
Oversee Client project partners, and analyze their performance from site walks, benchmarking & other inputs to identify hotspots and enable corrective actions on time
