Roles and Responsibilities Schedule Management including critical path and buffer tracking Daily tracking and morning meeting Scope Control & Change Management: Review of scope definition, support in the implementation of change control processes Suggest productivity enhancement for time optimization Develop monthly project forecasts (Look ahead) and update cashflow projects Escalation reports (based on information received on daily/weekly / fortnightly monthly meetings) Independent reporting on a weekly and monthly basis. Generate real-time dashboards, visual reports, and insights to provide visibility and independent assessment Oversee Client project partners, and analyze their performance from site walks, benchmarking & other inputs to identify hotspots and enable corrective actions on time
