Job Description

Job Title : Senior Performance TesterExperience : 6+ YearsLocation : Pune (Hybrid/Onsite)Domain : Open (Finance, Telecom, or BFSI preferred)We are seeking a Senior Performance Tester with strong experience in performance testing, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have experience with multiple performance testing tools and should be able to handle end-to-end performance testing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute performance test plans, test cases, and scripts.
Conduct load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability testing.
Identify system performance bottlenecks and work with development teams to resolve them.
Analyze test results and provide detailed performance metrics and recommendations.
Create performance test reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and DevOps.
Support CI/CD integration for performance testing.

Required Skills

6+ years of experience in Performance Testing.
Strong hands-on experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
Experience in scripting and executing performance tests for web and API services.
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, or Grafana.
Strong skills in analyzing performance metrics (CPU, memory, network, etc.).
Good knowledge of SQL and database performance tuning basics.
Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to cloud environments like AWS/Azure/GCP.
Experience in performance engineering concepts.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
