About the Role:


Ads Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage 

    paid ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms

    .
  • Develop full-funnel ad strategies for lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion goals.
  • Manage ad budgets effectively with focus on 

    ROI, ROAS, CTR, and CPL

     targets.
  • Conduct 

    keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing

     to improve campaign performance.
  • Guide and mentor junior marketers or interns, setting clear goals and reviewing campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators for ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Set up and manage tracking using 

    Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and Meta Pixel

    .
  • Stay updated on the latest platform changes, industry trends, and ad policies.


Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 

    3 years of experience

     in running paid campaigns on 

    Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

    .
  • Demonstrated success in handling budgets and delivering strong campaign performance.
  • Experience in 

    team coordination or leadership

     is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, retargeting, and custom audience strategies.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools: 

    Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, GTM, Looker Studio, etc.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and reporting skills.


Good to Have:

  • Google Ads & Meta Blueprint Certifications
  • Experience with e-commerce campaigns or multi-channel strategies
  • Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, HubSpot, or Zapier
  • Knowledge of other ad platforms (LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
