Job Description

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership • Own the company's performance marketing vision, translating business goals into scalable media buying strategies • Set the standard for cross-channel campaign excellence and innovation • Stay ahead of industry trends including privacy regulations, platform changes, and bidding strategies Team Management & Development • Lead, inspire, and grow a team of skilled media buyers and specialists • Implement structured processes for campaign planning, QA, testing, and reporting • Provide continuous feedback, coaching, and performance reviews to ensure team success Campaign Strategy & Optimization • Architect and oversee integrated media plans across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Snapchat • Analyze performance data and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities and revenue lift • Direct high-budget campaigns with precision—ensuring efficiency, profitability, and scale Client Partnership & Communication • Serve as the strategic point of contact for key clients, articulating performance insights and roadmaps • Develop and present compelling performance reports, growth strategies, and media forecasts • Support new business efforts with media strategies and forecasts ⸻ Qualifications: Must-Haves • 7+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a proven track record on Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat • 3+ years leading and scaling performance marketing/media buying teams • Deep understanding of ad tech, tracking setups, attribution models, and platform algorithms • Strong analytical skills with fluency in interpreting and translating data into actionable insights • Proven experience managing high ad budgets • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities Nice-to-Haves • Experience within a fast-paced digital environment. • Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization. • Exposure to eCommerce, app acquisition, or DTC brands. • Experience navigating privacy and attribution challenges (GA4, iOS14+, server-side tracking, etc.) Show more Show less
