People Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

As a People Operations Specialist, you will provide high-quality, detail-oriented support for global people administration processes at SkyCell. You will ensure the seamless execution of our people operational backbone, enabling a best-in-class employee experience worldwide. You will collaborate closely with our global People & Culture teams, including People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Engagement.

What You'll Do:

• Take full ownership of global people administration processes, including employment contracts, certificates, letters, and essential HR documentation
• Manage global absence and leave requests
• Provide proactive administrative support for international onboarding and offboarding
• Maintain and optimise data integrity across multiple HRIS systems (HiBob), LMS platforms, and travel management tools
• Deliver insightful people reporting and analytics to support strategic workforce decisions
• Administer and coordinate global employee benefits processes - from enrolments, changes to vendor communication
• Lead or actively contribute to improving and standardising global HR processes and documentation
• Be the key operational contact for People Ops tools, including HRIS, LMS, and travel management systems
• Own the HRIS (HiBob), ensuring smooth workflows, process automation, and high-quality data management
• Support impactful People Ops projects such as system implementations, audits, and benefits enhancements
• Serve as the go-to expert for system-related questions within the People & Culture team, providing guidance and solutions

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Solid experience in HR operations, service center, or consulting, ideally with global or multi-country scope
• Strong knowledge of HR admin practices, tools, and processes
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (ideally HiBob), LMS, and payroll coordination
• Strong Excel skills (including pivot tables, formulas, vlookups) for data reporting and analysis
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to streamline and document workflows, with a focus on automation and efficiency
• Highly organised and proactive with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global team environment across time zones
