What You'll Do: Provide front-line technical assistance to internal and external users. Log, prioritize, and resolve service requests and incidents. Diagnose and fix hardware, software, and network issues. Assist with software and hardware setup and troubleshooting. Manage user accounts and access permissions. Maintain records and a knowledge base for issue resolution. Parametrize and customize internal business software (e.g., ERP systems). Write low-code apps to automate business processes. Maintain intranet configuration and support users with content management. Promote and enforce IT security policies. Work with IT teams and departments to resolve complex issues. Provide user training and guidance. Ensure IT policies and regulations are followed. Requirements What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. IT support experience, including complex problem resolution. Knowledge of low-code technologies (especially in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem). Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking, as demonstrated in a customer-facing role. Understanding of IT security principles and experience in Entra ID and with IoT Devices is a plus. Relevant certifications like CompTIA, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications are beneficial.
