Our global ecosystem powers accessible digital learning and academic achievement.Position:The International Business Department is at the forefront of revenue generation and the maintenance of revenue security from a range of opportunities presented across the vast product portfolio. This activity is represented mainly by stakeholder and/or account management.In this role the candidate will a part of Requisition team ensuring seamless processing of Compensations and Benefits and client queries.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

  • Responsible for calculating incentives for International Business Development Team.
  • Prepare the incentives report, sharing the report with Stakeholders, obtaining approvals, sharing the calculations with Payroll.
  • Uploading the calculations onto financial tool for FLCs and create and submit invoices to finance team to process the incentives.
  • Update trackers and documenting the payments done.
  • Prepare and share reports to higher management periodically.
  • Pays employees by receiving and verifying expense reports and requests for advances.
  • Maintains historical records by microfilming and filing documents.
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Updating the SOPs time to time whenever there are changes in the process.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders, other departments for smooth business.
  • Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience In Accounts Payable.
  • Proficiency in excel
  • Payroll Background
  • Tracking budget expenses
  • Attention to detail.
  • Thoroughness
  • Organization
  • Analyzing information
  • Accounting
  • PC proficiency
  • Data entry skills
  • Strong communication skills (written, oral & email)
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Confident in dealing with various levels of seniority.

  • Understanding of financial concepts
  • Working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
