Industry: P&C Insurance Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 7-10 years Job Description Are you someone with an extensive experience and strong technical, conceptual and developmental background in the OT Extreme suite who creates, manages, and drive delivery of highly personalized customer communications for the insurance industries? If that sounds like you, this role could be the next step you’re looking for. This role requires a mix of skills - team leadership, hands-on OT ECN Forms Design, end-to-end Forms lifecycle process, technical leadership, people management and customer focus attitude. You should be able to design, define and determine the optimal solution patterns and architecture for Customer Communication Management products. Work closely with multiple teams on different platforms. You will collaborate with the project managers to keep project deliverables under schedule. You will work with cross-functional teams to understand market requirements and define the right solutions. You should have excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate project status and technical issues clearly. Responsibilities Ø Plan and manage day-to-day activities of team members Ø Lead daily stand up meetings between onsite and offshore Ø Analyse the requirements sent by onsite and identify gaps. Highlights any risks and issues Ø Review day-to-day offshore deliverables Ø Take responsibility of offshore leave plan and resource arrangements Ø Prepare daily, weekly and monthly status reports Ø Help team in defect triage and technical challenges Ø Participate in the entire system development lifecycle and support applications in the document processing, printing, and mail business. Ø Support development and production support of correspondence applications like statements, invoices, letters, etc. Ø Work on multiple initiatives within Document Delivery technology. Ø Work closely with multiple teams (Interfacing applications, project team, database administrator , developers, architect) on different platforms (like Unix, include windows, aix, mainframe) Ø Build and maintain reusable artifacts to process high volume data, invoke CCM Tool to compose documents Ø End-to-end process flow tracking, ensure data integrity, create reports, send to print and load to archive. Ø Help develop standard for best practice and maintain documentation. Ø Deploy code across multiple environments from test to production. Ø Diagnose and troubleshoot issues. Ø Provide production support and development of applications for Document Delivery Qualifications Ø Experience in OT Extreme suite Ø Hands-on experience in Remote Authoring Ø Extensive knowledge of Inspire Scalar, Inspire Dynamic Communications and Inspire Customer Journey, Line Data module, Imposition modules, Advanced Data output module and Automation queues Ø OT Extreme suite - Designer, Automation, Scalar and Interactive Ø Strong scripting background Ø Knowledge of different platforms, Mainframe, Unix & Windows Ø Experience in end-to-end migration project using accelerators Ø Experience in Dynamic data import Ø Ability to organize weekly status calls Ø Risk Management Ø Metrics & Measurements Ø Defect prevention process Show more Show less
