The ORM Executive will play a critical role in shaping and maintaining our clients' online reputation. This role involves monitoring, managing, and responding to social media interactions across various platforms, ensuring that our clients' brands are represented positively and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strategic mindset to handle online feedback and engage with audiences in a professional manner.
