About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to lead and implement Fusion HCM Cloud solutions, with a specialization in GCC payroll setups. You’ll work on configuring Saudi Payroll, GOSI, EOS, and Fast Formula logic—all while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, scalable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure Payroll, Salary Elements, Retro Pay, and Statutory Deductions
• Develop advanced Fast Formulas tailored for GCC laws
• Implement modules: Core HR, Absence, OTL, Compensation, Talent
• Facilitate requirement workshops and UAT sessions
• Deliver end-user training, post-go-live support, and statutory updates
• Coordinate with GOSI/GRS portals, banks, and third-party systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll experience
• Strong command of Fast Formula development
• Practical experience with GOSI & EOS calculations (Saudi labor laws)
• Previous GCC Payroll delivery experience: KSA, UAE, Qatar, Oman
• Exceptional stakeholder communication and functional documentation skills
• Degree in HR/IT or related field
• Domain knowledge in Logistics, Supply Chain, Shipping or Warehouse preferred
