Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant based on-site in Gurugram. The Oracle HCM Functional Consultant will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Oracle HCM modules, providing functional support, and ensuring system configurations align with HR processes. Day-to-day tasks include requirement analysis, system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, user training, and generating reports.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, and Self-Service
• Proficient in requirement analysis, system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
• Strong skills in report generation, user training, and functional support
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Gurugram
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in HR functional consulting is a plus
