Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Oracle Fusion Consultant located in Chennai. The Oracle Fusion Consultant will be responsible for implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Applications, managing enterprise projects, and providing expert consulting services. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business processes and tailoring Oracle solutions to meet their needs, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Enterprise Project Management (EPM) and Oracle Applications
• Experience in Order Management and Business Process analysis
• Strong consulting skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in the software testing or cybersecurity industry is a plus

Responsibilities

Analyze and understand existing migration activities, including customizations and integration flows.

Ensure system stability and data consistency across all modules and integrations.

Diagnose performance bottlenecks in Fusion, OIC integrations, and database processes; propose and implement optimizations.

Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues and bugs efficiently.

Implement new enhancements and changes across Oracle Fusion, OIC, and APEX based on business needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for testing, deployment, and documentation of integrations
