US/Night Shift

Job location - Vidyavihar, Mumbai


This role is critical in ensuring seamless coordination between distribution centers in the US and support functions in India including order processing, documentation, invoicing, and system updates. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, process management, and cross-border collaboration skills in a fast-paced food distribution environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Streamline and organize information for location managers to ensure clarity and accessibility.
  2. Review and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  3. Formalize SOPs to ensure consistency across all distribution centres.
  4. Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping schedules, inventory updates, and returns.
  5. Track and monitor day-to-day performance metrics for distribution centres.
  6. Identify and address performance issues in a timely manner.
  7. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Manage day-to-day activities of back-office support function.
  9. Provide leadership, coaching ang guidance to back-office team and will have accountability for the teams day-to -day performance
  10. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between teams.
  11. Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.
  12. Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
  13. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline operations.
  14. Work closely with the manager to enhance operational efficiency.
  15. Ensure 100% accuracy and timeliness in documentation across all operational support functions.
  16. Provide operational oversight and coordination for daily warehouse functions.
  17. Address escalations from Distribution Centres and support smooth resolution of issues.



Competencies

  1. 10 to 15 years of experience in operations support, Supply Chain, or a related field data analysis, or a similar role.
  2. Warehouse Management and problem-solving skills.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  6. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  7. Knowledge of SOPs and process improvement methodologies.
  8. Assertive and proactive approach to work.
  9. Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
  10. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NAV) is desirable.
