Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Operations Intern who is fluent in English at a native level and capable of handling client-facing interactions with poise. The intern will play a key role in conducting engaging webinars for new prospects, showcasing our latest products and offerings. This role requires adaptability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in flexible shifts based on webinar schedules and time zones.

Key Responsibilities[KRA's]:

• Conduct informative and persuasive webinars for new prospects, presenting product features and program benefits clearly and confidently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product/service offerings and ensure seamless information flow to prospects.
• Act as a key support in onboarding new customers and addressing initial queries during sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of webinar attendance, queries, and follow-ups.
• Assist the operations team in executing tasks related to scheduling, reporting, and customer support workflows.
• Contribute to the improvement of communication scripts and promotional materials based on prospect feedback.
• Provide insights and suggestions for improving the webinar experience and operations flow.
  

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Native-level proficiency).
• Strong confidence in public speaking and presenting in front of live audiences.
• Energetic and self-motivated with a proactive approach to handling responsibilities.
• Flexible to work across multiple shifts and time zones based on webinar and meeting schedules.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage real-time customer engagement.
• Prior experience in hosting webinars, public speaking, or sales presentations is a plus.
• Final-year students or recent graduates from any discipline are welcome to apply.
