Job Description

Responsibilities

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:


1. Manage and update cab schedules across internal tools and third-party booking platforms

2. Communicate with drivers to ensure timely departures and resolve on-ground issues

3. Confirm passenger attendance and assist customers with boarding & pickup instructions

4. Monitor cab routes in real time to anticipate delays and offer solutions

5. Provide daily operational reports and assist in data tracking

6. Collaborate with the team to improve operational processes and customer experience

7. Handle emergency cases and route-related escalations during shifts


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets (for scheduling & tracking)
  • Presentation skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides) for internal reporting
  • Strong problem-solving ability and presence of mind in live scenarios
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) in English, Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working with basic tech tools (WhatsApp Business, GPS apps, online forms)
  • A customer-first mindset and the ability to work calmly under pressure
