Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support our Assistant Operation Manager. This role involves overseeing daily operations, coordinating logistics, managing data, and assisting in event coordination. You will play a key role in enhancing efficiency and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Male candidates preferred Hindi Language Proficiency Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing daily operational tasks. Coordinate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment. Manage data and generate reports for decision-making. Help organize events, meetings, and training sessions. Act as a liaison with vendors and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with policies and maintain records. Resolve operational issues and suggest process improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Support: o Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of daily operational activities. o Ensure smooth communication between departments to facilitate efficient workflows. 2. Logistics Coordination: o Oversee the scheduling and coordination of resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment. o Manage the distribution of academic and operational materials to ensure timely delivery. 3. Data Management: o Maintain and update operational databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information. o Generate reports and analyze data to support decision-making processes. 4. Event and Activity Coordination: o Assist in organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and training sessions. o Handle logistics, including venue booking, participant communication, and material preparation. 5. Vendor and Stakeholder Liaison: o Act as a point of contact for vendors and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration. o Assist in negotiating contracts and managing vendor performance. 6. Compliance and Documentation: o Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. o Maintain detailed records and documentation for audits and reporting purposes. 7. Problem Resolution: o Address and resolve operational issues promptly, escalating complex problems to the Assistant Operation Manager when necessary. o Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues. 8. Process Improvement: o Identify inefficiencies in operational processes and suggest improvements. Support the implementation of new systems or procedures to enhance productivity Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Work Location: In person
