We are looking for a skilled and passionate Backend Developer (Node.js) to join our development team. As a backend developer, you will be responsible for building scalable server-side logic, developing RESTful APIs, integrating databases, and supporting the overall architecture of web and mobile applications. You will work closely with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and project managers to deliver robust solutions for clients. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js Build and maintain RESTful APIs and third-party integrations Work with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices Optimize application performance, scalability, and security Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and QA teams Integrate external services (e.g. payment gateways, cloud services, messaging queues) Handle authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.) Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment processes Maintain and improve existing backend systems for various ongoing client projects Requirements: 1+ years of experience in backend development with Node.js Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), Express.js, and asynchronous programming Experience with NoSQL and/or SQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL) Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows Good knowledge of REST APIs and API design standards Experience with cloud services (AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar) is a plus Understanding of deployment pipelines and CI/CD Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
