Job Title: Networking Manager Department: Networking and After Sales support Location: Nashik Experience Required: 10 + years in network administration or related roles Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Networking Manager to oversee the daily operations of our organization's network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 10 + years of hands-on experience in network design, implementation, and maintenance, with a strong understanding of enterprise networking environments, security best practices, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and resilient network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, wireless). Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability. Manage firewalls, routers, switches, and other network devices. Troubleshoot network issues and outages and provide timely resolutions. Maintain network documentation including diagrams, IP schemas, and procedures. Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of networking hardware and software. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure network security policies are implemented and maintained. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement of networking hardware/software. Provide leadership to a small team of network engineers or support technicians. Evaluate and recommend network improvements and technology upgrades. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10 + years of experience in network administration, engineering, or management. Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF), and VLANs. Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or equivalent networking equipment. Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG). Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent preferred. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in hybrid cloud environments. Knowledge of SD-WAN technologies. Experience with VoIP systems and QoS configurations. Understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management tools.
