Translate COBOL batch logic into modular Java components. Develop cloud-ready microservices for EFT batch processing. Handle file-based input/output workflows using modern APIs or cloud storage. Collaborate with QA and mainframe SMEs to validate business logic. Integrate with databases and message queues (Kafka/SQS) as needed. Required Skills : Strong hands-on experience with AWS/GCP Cloud DevOps (EC2, S3, Step Functions, CloudWatch) Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform/CDK Docker, Bash scripting Knowledge of scheduling tools (Airflow, Control-M, or native cloud equivalents) Hands-on experience/Knowledge with cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) Git, REST, JSON/XML experience in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, JPA/Hibernate Nice to have : Experience supporting batch processing systems in finance or banking Understanding of EFT file formats (e.g., NACHA, ISO 20022) Exposure to legacy modernization projects or Java Spring Boot environments Workflow Workflow Type L&S-DA-Consulting
