Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled .NET Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Blazor WebAssembly, .NET Core, and enterprise application architecture. This is a client-facing role requiring leadership in architecture, design, and high-performance development for US-based projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and development of complex enterprise applications using .NET Core and Blazor WebAssembly.
• Define scalable and secure architecture strategies, code structures, and reusable components.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and enforce best practices across design and implementation.
• Optimize performance and ensure application scalability, maintainability, and security.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide quick and efficient resolutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–11 years of experience in full-stack .NET development.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Blazor WebAssembly.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, C#, and Entity Framework Core.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, microservices, and cloud deployment (Azure/AWS preferred).
• Strong frontend experience using Razor components, JavaScript/TypeScript, and HTML/CSS.
• Experience with Git, DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD tools.
• Excellent communication, team leadership, and architectural documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to cloud-native design patterns and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience with SQL Server and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of SignalR and real-time application development.
