Experience, Skills and Key Competencies

• At least 10 years of experience with C# .NET development including WCF

development.

MS Dynamics CRM SDK, MS SQL Server SQL

programming. JavaScript and related framework programming, Web API

REST services.

• Able to write highly complex code, translating customer requirements into 

technical requirements.

• VUE.js or other reactive frameworks and Stripe experience a plus, but not a 

requirement.

Key Responsibilities & Duties (All levels)

1. Creates programming and integration solutions or application enhancements that are required to meet business 

needs and strategic goals, while also providing technical support for any assigned business application or module.

2. Maintains highest levels of development practices resulting in efficient, reusable, and reliable code, including 

technical design, solution development, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification 

and resolution.

3. Collaborates with business systems analysts and other team members to transform complex business and 

functional requirements into technical solutions; provides thoughtful work-level estimates for cost/benefit 

analysis and recommends alternate solutions to meet business needs when more appropriate. 

4. Develops and maintains custom application solutions leveraging existing code and seeking opportunities for 

reuse. Delivers user-oriented, intuitive solutions that add significant value to existing business processes.

5. Adheres to established guidelines and standards by consulting with senior-level team members to devise 

technical solutions keeping in mind the capacity and limitations of hardware and software, system response time, 

and other performance factors. 

6. Executes unit, integration, and performance testing for functionality and limits; performs bug verification, release 

testing, and ongoing troubleshooting for assigned applications.

7. Identifies, evaluates and recommends new or additional technologies to support and improve business processes; 

interfaces with software vendors and suppliers in support of business application software.

8. Reports on project management milestones, and works with or escalates problem issues.
