Key Responsibilities:MIS Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on vehicle sales, inventory, customer inquiries, and service operations. Maintain accurate records of sales performance, test drives, bookings, and delivery status. Assist management in data-driven decision-making through timely and structured reporting. Data Management Update and manage customer databases, booking records, service history, and stock registers. Ensure accuracy by routinely verifying and cleaning data entries. Excel & System Operations Work with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements) for analysis and reporting. Create dashboards to monitor key dealership metrics like inquiry conversion, stock status, and finance follow-ups. Coordination & Follow-ups Liaise with sales, finance, and service teams to collect, consolidate, and analyze data. Support in preparing presentations and reports for team meetings or audits. Process Optimization Suggest improvements in existing reporting formats and processes. Automate repetitive data tasks where possible using Excel formulas or macros. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Min. 12th Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role (freshers with strong Excel knowledge may also apply). Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). Familiarity with dealership DMS (Dealer Management System) is a plus.
