About the Role: We are looking for a Marketing Strategist to join our Solutions Team at Kilowott. You will function as a bridge between client needs, business goals, and marketing execution, helping architect data-driven, creative, and ROI-centric digital marketing strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with business consultants, digital marketing teams, UI/UX experts, and developers to deliver holistic solutions that align with our clients' growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Partner with business consultants and pre-sales to define digital marketing strategies for client pitches and ongoing engagements Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to identify insights that inform campaign strategies Build performance-based marketing roadmaps and strategies across channels: SEO, SEM, social, content, email, influencer, and paid media Translate business goals into marketing plans with clear KPIs, timelines, budgets, and channel mixes Collaborate with creative and media teams to ensure alignment of strategy with execution Create strategic documentation like campaign frameworks, journey maps, media plans, and performance forecasts Evaluate campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and communicate results to stakeholders Stay current with marketing trends, tools, analytics, and emerging platforms to integrate into solutions Must-Have Qualifications 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, strategy, or brand planning Proven success in architecting or leading multi-channel marketing campaigns Strong understanding of both performance and brand marketing Excellent analytical and research skills High-level proficiency in marketing funnels, data interpretation, and consumer behavior Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work cross-functionally with tech, content, media, and design teams Preferred Qualifications Experience in a digital/creative agency or consulting environment Familiarity with tools like GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc. Basic understanding of UI/UX, CRM, and automation platforms Exposure to B2B and B2C marketing frameworks What You’ll Get Opportunity to shape strategic marketing solutions for global clients Work within a multi-disciplinary solutions team at the intersection of marketing, technology, and design Exposure to cross-industry challenges—from D2C brands to enterprise SaaS Flexible work environment and collaborative culture Learning and growth opportunities in marketing innovation Location: Porvorim / Margao, Goa
