HR Manager Location: Goa, India Timings: Mon–Fri | 9 AM – 6 PM Experience: 8+ Years We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Goa. You'll lead all HR activities, help create a great workplace, and make sure we follow all labor laws. What You'll Do: Manage all HR stuff: Hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding. Keep employees happy: Handle concerns, build positive relationships, and boost morale. Develop our people: Help with training, career growth, and succession planning. Handle pay & benefits: Manage salaries and employee perks. Be the HR expert: Advise leaders on HR matters and make sure we're compliant with all laws. We're Looking For: 8 + years of HR experience, with some time in a management role. Strong understanding of all HR areas. Good knowledge of Indian labor laws. Excellent communication and people skills. Ability to travel frequently. Must be based in Goa. Master's degree in HR or a related field. Ready to apply?
