For that, we are hiring a marketing expert who can bring real, measurable results.⸻Job OverviewWe’re seeking a proactive and experienced Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to help drive new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will take charge of outbound marketing, lead generation campaigns, and client acquisition through platforms like LinkedIn, cold email, and freelance networks.You will work directly with the founder and business team to develop a streamlined and scalable client acquisition process.⸻Key Responsibilities• Conduct B2B lead generation through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email, and other channels• Identify and connect with decision-makers (Founders, CTOs, Marketing Heads, etc.)• Build and manage outreach campaigns (LinkedIn + Email sequences)• Qualify leads and set up discovery calls with the sales team• Assist in positioning, messaging, and creating effective offers• Track KPIs and optimize campaigns based on data• Optionally help with content creation or marketing funnels⸻Must-Have Skills• 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation/marketing for software or tech companies• Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email tools, and CRM systems• Excellent written English communication and messaging skills• Understanding of tech/software development services (basic level at least)• Ability to work independently and report on weekly progress⸻Nice-to-Have Skills• Experience with Upwork, Clutch, GoodFirms, or other freelancing platforms• Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., Lemlist, Instantly, Mailchimp, etc.)• Basic knowledge of SEO, landing pages, or marketing funnels• Familiarity with tools like Apollo.io, Hunter.io, and similar⸻What We Offer• Long-term opportunity with performance-based growth• Monthly fixed pay + incentives based on performance or conversions• Flexibility in working hours and strategy• A collaborative and forward-thinking team environment• Opportunity to work with high-quality developers and a growing tech brand
