Job Description

Role Overview:

As Performance Marketing Manager, you will own our 360-degree growth engine – from lead acquisition to retention and upsell. You’ll build and optimize multi-stage funnels, automate workflows, integrate platforms, and manage large-scale digital ad spends.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Build and optimize acquisition-to-retention funnels
  • Manage daily budgets, bid strategies, pacing, and A/B testing
  • Integrate ad platforms with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot), WhatsApp automation (WATI, Twilio), and email platforms
  • Create and automate engagement workflows for cold, warm, and post-trial audiences
  • Implement tracking and attribution models using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Data Studio
  • Define and track KPIs: CPL, CAC, ROAS, Trial Conversion, Retention, Campaign ROI
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Sales, and Creative teams


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of performance marketing experience with large monthly budgets
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads
  • Strong grasp of CRM tools and automation platforms (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Mailchimp, WATI, Twilio)
  • Advanced skills in data analysis, Excel, GA4, Google Data Studio
  • Experience in fitness, wellness, SaaS, or app-based brands is a plus
  • Proven ability to design and scale marketing funnels across channels
