Salary: ₹40,000–₹60,000/month | Reports to: Director/CEO

1. CRM Data Utilization

• Analyze customer data to drive targeted campaigns.
• Improve lead conversion & retention through segmentation.
• Generate actionable reports monthly.

2. Team Coordination

• Lead and align the marketing team on campaigns and branding.
• Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and consistency across platforms.
• Maintain team satisfaction and productivity.

3. Stakeholder Relationship Management

• Build relationships with architects, builders & retail clients.
• Conduct demos, site visits, and showroom tours.
• Drive repeat business and increase partner network.

4. Campaign Planning & Execution

• Design integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor).
• Increase brand visibility and generate quality leads.
• Ensure ROI-focused budgeting and performance tracking.

5. Event Management

• Plan and execute product launches, exhibitions & showroom events.
• Collaborate with Kishangarh display center and vendors.
• Generate leads and ensure high event satisfaction scores.

6. Digital Marketing Leadership

• Manage SEO, SEM, social media ads, and website content.
• Boost online presence and engagement for luxury marble & tiles.
• Optimize CTR, website traffic, and search rankings.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: MBA in Marketing
• Experience: 3–5 years in luxury goods/construction preferred
• Skills: CRM tools, SEO/SEM, campaign management, analytics
• Languages: English & Hindi fluency
• Soft Skills: Leadership, creativity, relationship-building, multitasking

Pay: ₹11,403.13 - ₹56,703.24 per month
