Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and expand our marketing function. This role is ideal for a data-driven, creative, and hands-on marketer who can take ownership of end-to-end marketing strategy and execution. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and student enrollment across multiple channels.


As Marketing Manager, you will collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and academic teams to elevate TLS’s market presence in the online education space.


Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, integrating digital, content, brand, and performance marketing to drive TLS's growth goals


2. Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) with a strong focus on ROI


3. Lead TLS’s brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across platforms and communications


4. Oversee social media strategy and execution, driving engagement and community growth


5. Supervise email marketing initiatives, nurturing leads and improving retention through lifecycle communication


6. Analyze marketing performance data and report key insights to leadership; optimize campaigns based on analytics


7. Drive and manage SEO/SEM strategies to boost organic traffic and keyword rankings


8. Ensure the TLS website remains optimized for user experience, conversions, and search visibility


9. Track market trends, competitor activities, and student behavior to refine strategies and stay ahead in the EdTech space


Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and in-house teams as needed to meet project deadlines


Qualifications & Skills


* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field


* 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital and performance marketing


* Proven leadership in managing full-funnel marketing strategies from ideation to execution


* Expertise in tools such as:


* Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Mailchimp


* CMS platforms like WordPress


* Basic design tools like Canva and familiarity with video content workflows


* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills


* Excellent communication and project management capabilities


* Experience in EdTech, language learning, or online education is a strong plus
