Role Overview:

We are looking for a full-stack Marketing Manager with a strong foundation in content strategy, SEO, performance marketing, and go-to-market execution. This role is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership of the entire marketing function—from building our brand to generating qualified leads and launching new services or products.


You'll collaborate directly with Sales, Product, and Design to shape our narrative, grow our presence, and drive measurable business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Own the Content-Led Growth Engine:

  • Build and execute an editorial calendar (blogs, landing pages, case studies, LinkedIn posts, video scripts).
  • Develop and manage content across the entire funnel—from awareness to conversion.
  • Align messaging with buyer personas, GTM campaigns, and product launches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, freelancers, or agencies to deliver high-quality, on-brand content.

2. Lead SEO Strategy & Execution:

  • Own technical SEO, content architecture, keyword strategy, and on-page/off-page SEO.
  • Improve rankings and drive qualified organic traffic using tools like GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console, Screaming Frog.
  • Define and track SEO KPIs such as keyword rankings, traffic growth, CTR, and conversions.

3. Drive Demand Generation & Performance Marketing:

  • Plan and run digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Optimize acquisition funnels, retargeting flows, and conversion rates.
  • Improve MQL-SQL velocity, CAC, and ROAS with structured experiments and growth loops.
  • Activate emerging channels such as influencer marketing, product-led growth, or community-based outreach.

4. Lead GTM Strategy for Product & Service Launches:

  • Design and implement go-to-market playbooks for new AI offerings or service verticals.
  • Build awareness and lead-gen momentum pre- and post-launch.
  • Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure positioning resonates with ICPs (ideal customer profiles).

5. Own Marketing Operations & Analytics:

  • Set up and maintain dashboards to track key metrics (CAC, MQL, SQL, ROAS, LTV, churn).
  • Lead weekly/monthly performance reviews and growth retros with leadership.
  • Leverage tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Customer Data Platforms to drive automation for nurturing, onboarding, and upselling.


Requirements:

Must-Have:

  • 5–8 years of proven experience in B2B marketing (SaaS, AI, or tech services preferred).

  • Hands-on experience with content marketing,

    technical SEO, digital advertising, and CRM automation.

  • Strong portfolio or proof of running content-led SEO campaigns that drove traffic and conversions.
  • Proficient with

    GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Search Console, A/B testing tools.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a strategic + analytical mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and own performance KPIs.


Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in marketing for an AI or deep-tech company.
  • Familiarity with product-led growth strategies or community marketing.
  • Experience managing contractors or freelancers across content and design.
