Job Title: Marketing Executive
Department: Marketing Location: PCMC Reporting To: Marketing Executive Employment Type: Full-Time Job Purpose: To plan and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate quality leads, support sales conversions, and promote real estate projects through both online and offline platforms. Key Responsibilities: 1. Campaign Planning & Execution o Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns for project launches and ongoing sales promotions. o Coordinate with external agencies for creatives, digital ads, hoardings, and event setup. o Monitor and manage marketing budgets as assigned. 2. Lead Generation & Management o Execute lead generation strategies via digital ads, offline events, and third-party portals. o Track lead flow, coordinate with the CRM/sales team to ensure proper follow-up, and analyze lead conversion metrics. 3. Digital & Social Media Marketing o Coordinate with digital marketing agencies for SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, email/SMS campaigns, and Google Ads. o Manage content and updates for the company’s website and social media platforms. 4. Branding & Collateral Development o Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing materials. o Work on brochures, flyers, emailers, hoardings, and other promotional content. 5. Event & Exhibition Management o Organize on-site events, property expos, and channel partner meets. o Handle pre-event planning, vendor coordination, and post-event reports. 6. Market Research & Competitor Analysis o Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences. o Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and suggest improvements. 7. Vendor Coordination o Liaise with vendors for printing, signage, promotional materials, media buying, and outdoor branding. o Negotiate costs and timelines to ensure effective delivery. Key Skills Required: • Strong verbal and written communication • Creativity and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple tasks and vendors • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Educational Qualification & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field. • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
