Preparation of all types of Testing reports & Certifications, etc. Looking after All Vendor Registration and further Formalities Must have experienced in Government E-Market Place, Driving Sales and business opportunities in the form of Government bids and tenders through GEM/ E-Procurement Portal. Should be able to update product/service catalogue in GEM portal . Deletion or Updating of New product /Specification/prices. Prepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid submit the documents in stipulated time limits on the above-mentioned portals. Good knowledge of Government Tender Online & Offline Filling. Should have the knowledge of submission of Bids like Bunch Bid, Reverse Bid, Custom Bid and Normal Bid. Coordinate with the respective officials and document the progress of the tender. Handling a high volume of customer enquiries floated under the GEM portal. Acting as contact points for all Government agency or organizational personnel. Keeping lists of the Government agencies or personnel representing the person, agency, or organization. Develop, maintain, and intensify contacts with relevant government departments and authorities. Candidate must be able to counter & solve GEM queries of clients. Work with other staff members to develop a greater understanding of the business and any issues that arise. E-Portal i.e online/offline. Marketing Analyze the current market demand and potential products to offer. New customer acquisition across all product categories. Participate Exhibitions, seminars. Develop and implement latest Marketing collaterals Brochures, Digital presence. Prepare Marketing Budgets. Carry out marketing activities based on approved budgets. Establish and review Enquiry generation to Order Confirmation process. Monitor enquiries, quotations, and their response timelines. Capture customer requirements. Maintaining day to day production activities and to attain ZERO DEFECT in all work being executed. Good command over Technical & Functional knowledge of all the Equipments equipped in crude oil processing plant. Parameters study for further plant load increase, monitoring process plant parameters and analyzing process problems and trouble shooting. Knowledge of Reactor, Distillation, Filtration/ Centrifuge system, transfer of material, unloading loading of material – Base oils, designing of effective mixing system – Agitators, jet mixing system etc. To minimize wastage of scrap, do safe disposal of waste as per MPCB GUIDELINES, flue gas analysis as per MPCB Guidelines, dispose carbon deposit as per MPCB Guidelines, to store material as per good practice, to maintain stores record such as issue slip, collect old spare and get to repaired, overhauled for further use etc. Preferred candidate profile
