Job Overview

Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Brand Awareness

  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen brand presence across digital channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and engaging brand messaging.
  • Track brand performance and continuously refine outreach strategies.

SEO Optimization

  • Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
  • Monitor SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.

Campaign Management

  • Plan and manage digital campaigns across social media, email, and search engines.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns for optimal results.
  • Coordinate with content and design teams to align campaign messaging.

Paid Marketing (PPC & Social Ads)

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Develop targeted ad strategies for lead generation and traffic growth.
  • Continuously improve ROI through A/B testing and data-driven optimizations.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing initiatives.
  • Use insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Work cross-functionally with content, design, and sales teams.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors or agencies as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and campaign execution.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Solid understanding of content marketing and social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and data interpretation abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Preferred

  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Basic knowledge of CRO strategies.
  • Understanding of visual design concepts for digital content.
